Scheduling Analyst Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Scheduling Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient scheduling of works.

This permanent full-time position is based in Melbourne, Brisbane or Adelaide and reports to the Manager of Scheduling and Dispatch.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work Schedule Optimization: Ensure the optimum use of time and resources by producing efficient work schedules.
  • Resource Utilization: Continually review field resources availability and utilisation.
  • Automated Optimisation: Use automated optimisation capabilities for work order scheduling and fine-tune results as needed.
  • Schedule Review: Review and adjust schedules to identify efficiency improvements.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse system scheduling decisions and data integrity to recommend actions.

The successful candidate will also liaise with stakeholders, Field Technicians and Supervisors to ensure timely activities recording and status updates.

  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Automation: Experience with automated scheduling systems.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have strong organisational and time management skills.
