Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Workforce Optimisation Specialist to lead the implementation of best-practice rostering and scheduling systems.

The ideal candidate will have responsibility for analysing data, reporting and forecasting to optimise resource allocation while ensuring compliance requirements are being met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysing data to inform rostering and scheduling decisions
  • Developing and implementing best-practice rostering and scheduling systems and processes
  • Working with stakeholders to ensure compliance requirements are met
  • Providing coaching and support to team members to achieve KPIs pertaining to customer satisfaction and team productivity
