Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled administrator to join our team in Western Australia. The successful candidate will play a central role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process daily receipts, payments, and reconciliations for trust accounts with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, adhering to legal and industry regulations.
  • Prepare comprehensive end-of-month financial reports, including reconciliations and audit-ready documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory trust account regulations and real estate legislation.
  • Support the property management team with financial insights and account-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administration, preferably in a commercial real estate or property management environment.
  • Strong understanding of trust account regulations and compliance requirements in Western Australia.
  • Familiarity with financial software systems and Excel.
  • Exceptional accuracy in handling financial transactions and reporting.
  • Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
