Accounts Payable Professional Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor/Senior Accounts Payable Officer to oversee end-to-end accounts payable processes, high-volume invoice processing, and reporting directly to the Financial Controller in a fast-paced mining industry environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily high-volume invoice processing
  • Develop and maintain effective accounts payable procedures
  • Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of similar experience required
  • Exposure to high volume invoice processing is essential
  • Large Enterprise Resource Planning system exposure highly regarded
  • Mining industry experience beneficial
  • A keen attitude towards work

In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounts payable processes, including high-volume invoice processing. The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years of similar experience, with exposure to high volume invoice processing being essential. A background in Enterprise Resource Planning systems is highly regarded, as well as experience in the mining industry.
