We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Professional to join our team and contribute to the financial success of our organisation.


Job Overview
As an Accounts Professional, you will play a vital role in managing our financial processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing end-to-end accounts payable and receivable, including generating invoices, monitoring balances, and following up on payments.
  • Performing daily reconciliations and preparing reports to ensure accurate financial information.
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Proficiently using accounting software to manage accounts payable and receivable, and prepare weekly payments and remittances.
  • Supporting month-end close and audit requirements, ensuring all necessary documentation is in order.

Requirements
To be successful as an Accounts Professional, you will need:
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proactive approach to teamwork.
