Process Improvement Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Specialist to join our team. This role involves process mapping, simplifying and improving the way we work with our Delivery Partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Map out current processes across teams
  • Identify opportunities for improvement
  • Suggest practical solutions to issues
  • Develop clear, standard processes for teams
  • Define Roles and Responsibilities across teams for maximum efficiency
  • Use process mapping tools to guide improvements
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in process mapping and business analysis
  • Strong problem-solving skills including root cause analysis
  • Background in logistics or process improvement
  • A curious mindset with confidence to question current practices
  • A passion for enabling teams to be successful through channel enablement
  • Organised and detail-oriented with comfort working with data and feedback
