Process Excellence Specialist

The role of a Business Improvement Manager involves leading, developing and implementing business improvement initiatives and best practice across warehouse and transport operations and processes. This position requires the ability to design and manage operational improvement initiatives, monitor operations, identify and implement improvement initiatives, embed best practice systems and processes for ongoing sustained improvement, partner with stakeholders to improve service delivery and customer experience, and collaborate with internal and external customers.
Key responsibilities include:

- Embed best practice systems and processes for ongoing sustained improvement
- Partner with stakeholders to improve service delivery and customer experience
- Collaborate with internal and external customers, project manage opportunities when required, responsible for implementation, timelines and budgets
Requirements include:
- Proven experience in performance improvement and transformation (5 years in similar management role)
- Understanding of warehouse/transport operations and commercial knowledge
- Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
- Intermediate/Advanced PowerPoint & Excel knowledge
- Degree Qualified in Business or related discipline
