Transforming Supply Chain Operations

Mars Petcare is embarking on a transformational project, Project Horizon, to create a connected, digital-first ecosystem for our supply chain. As a Supply Chain and Logistics Functional Expert, you will play a crucial role in redesigning how we manage warehousing, transport, and logistics.

  • Establish strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Deliver on cost, service, quality targets through collaboration and accountability
  • Provide analytical and functional logistics support to the broader Horizon team
  • Ensure vendor deliverables meet contract performance expectations

Project Management Governance

  • Support feasibility studies across end-to-end supply chain, warehousing, and transport
  • Ensure process people tech design are fit-for-purpose
  • Track project milestones report progress budget status
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders Supply Commercial Digital Technology S&F consultants 3PLs

Managing Change Stakeholders

  • Lead future-state process design conduct gap/impact analysis
  • Design execute robust change management program
  • Drive stakeholder alignment training programs ensure successful adoption
  • Enable smooth transitions from deployment business-as-usual

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified Supply Chain Commerce Engineering IT Finance
  • Experience logistics/supply chain operations
  • Proven project management experience large complex cross-segment projects
  • Strong process knowledge warehousing transport international logistics
  • Excellent communication collaboration influencing skills
  • Digital mindset strong systems capability learning agility
  • SAP functional knowledge ideally Atlas/SAP ECC6 S/4HANA
