Process Analyst Opportunity

Our organisation is seeking a seasoned Process Analyst to spearhead process analysis activities across medium to high-complexity initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in process analysis roles within complex enterprises, with a strong background in transformation projects, particularly in the transport and logistics sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage process analysis activities, including eliciting, documenting, and communicating business processes among stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain process models (As-Is and To-Be) to support transformation projects, utilising BPMN 2.0 and process modelling tools.
  • Manage process repositories, requirements lifecycle, and process prioritisation, demonstrating expertise in managing medium-scale initiatives independently.
  • Evaluate business solutions, assess limitations, and recommend improvements, applying problem-solving, analytical, and commercial thinking skills.
  • Facilitate collaboration, workshops, and negotiations between diverse stakeholder groups, leveraging excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
