Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic professional to join our team as a Business Growth Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about driving new business and sales results.

  • This role involves effectively driving sales results within an established client-base.
  • Evaluating and securing opportunities for new business within your territory.
  • Assisting partners' business growth by adding value through strong relationships and professional marketing support.
  • Achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs for existing clients.
  • Promoting activity.
  • Flexibility for travel will be required.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and qualifications:

  • A passion for driving new business and sales results.
  • The ability to communicate and negotiate at a high level.
  • Autonomy and teamwork skills.
  • The ability to meet new people and open new customer accounts.
  • A Cert III in hairdressing is highly desirable but not essential.
  • A general strong sales background and the right attitude is imperative.
