Senior Business Revitalization Expert

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your analytical skills and commercial acumen to drive business growth. Our team supports underperforming businesses by determining the best path forward, whether that be fixing, selling, or exiting their operations.

We work at speed to deliver solutions and a runway to stabilize our clients' problems. We are outcomes-focused, implementing strategies that range from operational turnarounds to financial restructurings or, if necessary, formal insolvency processes.

Your Opportunity

As a Senior Business Revitalization Expert in our Perth office, you will play a key part in interesting engagements across advisory, restructuring, and formal insolvency. You will help clients navigate formal insolvency processes to protect value, support them in incorporating due diligence, financial analysis, cash flow modeling, and project actions to deliver exceptional outcomes.

You will build trusted partnerships to confidently deliver scenario planning, going concern analysis, and guide clients in their duties and obligations, including on safe harbor. You will deploy best-in-class data analytics to diagnose issues and design integrated solutions.

The Ideal Candidate
  • A professional with a balance of analytical skills and commercial acumen
  • Capable of engaging with clients to communicate key issues and options to solve
  • Ability to link data analysis to identifying key issues and bring this to life in a succinct and visual form
  • Confidence and capability to prepare marketing proposals, pitch packs, and undertake analysis and evaluation of target opportunities

You will work in a national Deal Advisory group dedicated to assisting clients to drive value throughout the deal and transformation lifecycle. You will join a collaborative group of professionals that also include M&A, Corporate Finance, Debt Advisory, Transaction Services, Value Creation, and Valuations services.
