Job Title: Executive Culinary Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and innovative culinary professional to join our team.

  • Prepare and cook duties ensuring menu items are prepared to recipe and quality standards
  • Maintain food safety procedures to ensure all menu items are prepared and served in line with food safety regulations

The successful candidate will possess a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and experience in high-volume kitchen operations.

They must be available to work varied shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
