About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join Gartner's Business Development team as a Growth Driven Sales Professional.

The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients within a vibrant territory, focusing on organizations with annual business revenue of up to $750 million USD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Develop Opportunities: Uncover and cultivate new business prospects within organizations new to Gartner.
  • Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Take ownership of the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Client Conversion: Convert promising prospects into active Gartner clients, steering the sales conversation and negotiation process.

Requirements:

  • Sales Experience: 2-4 years of successful sales experience with demonstrated ability in outbound business development activities.
  • Commercial Intellect: Possess a high level of commercial intellect, executive presence, and sales acumen.
  • Drive and Collaboration: Demonstrate a high level of drive for individual success, coupled with a collaborative approach.
  • Resilience in Action: Showcase a track record of resilience and adaptability, navigating challenges with tenacity.
