The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to drive business growth through data-driven decision-making. This role will collaborate with Sales Operations leadership to identify and address operational challenges, implement BOSS mechanisms in other geographical regions, support all operational aspects of Annual and In-Year Planning activities, provide revenue routing support, assist with monthly forecasting, respond to operational inquiries from the field through a Live Chat channel, and leverage Generative AI to solve problems or derive insights from data.

Key Responsibilities
  • SUPPORT ANNUAL PLANNING ACTIVITIES AND DEVELOP ACTIONABLE INSIGHTS
  • PROVIDE ENABLEMENT AND SUPPORT OF SPECIFIC MECHANISMS USED TO MANAGE THE SALES AND SALES OPERATIONS BUSINESSES
  • SUPPORT KEY SALES SUPPORT SYSTEMS/PROCESSSES REQUIRED TO MEET THE RAPID GROWTH OF THE BUSINESS AND ACHIEVE REVENUE ATTAINMENT AND MARKET DEVELOPMENT OBJECTIVES

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
  • Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
