Family Engagement Director Position

The Family Engagement Director is a key role within our organization, responsible for providing residential screening and parent education to youth and families in need. This position works closely with staff members, serving as a liaison between parents and the agency.

In this capacity, the Family Engagement Director will build relationships with community partners such as Sheriff Offices, schools, churches, job fairs, shelters, and other community resources. The goal of this outreach is to share our mission and identify disadvantaged students who may benefit from our program.

This position oversees all Family Engagement Specialists and reports directly to the Vice President Programs. It is an exempt role, not subject to overtime pay.
