About the Role

The Change Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that change initiatives across the organization are effectively managed, adopted and embedded.

This role leads the planning and execution of change management strategies to support successful project delivery, training, stakeholder engagement and benefits realization.

The Change Manager works cross-functionally with project teams, business units and senior stakeholders to drive consistent adoption of new processes, systems and behaviors aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize adoption and usage while minimizing resistance.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, communication and training activities across the organization and within projects.
  • Support the development of project artefacts such as Communication Plans, Training Plans, and Change Impact Assessments.
  • Participate in project health checks and governance reviews to ensure change risks are proactively managed.
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure change activities are tracked, resourced, and aligned with portfolio priorities.
Qualifications/Certificates/Professional Experience

Candidates for this role should possess:

  • 5 years of experience in change management roles.
  • Proven experience in leading change management within complex project environments.
  • A strong understanding of change management methodologies and their practical application.
  • Change management certifications such as Prosci or ADKAR.
  • Experience working in aged care, healthcare, or regulated environments is desirable.
