Sales Support Strategy
  • Develop and implement a scalable sales support strategy that fosters seamless integration and efficient processes.
  • Coordinate the customer assistance function to ensure a consistent customer journey.
MNS Quoting & Operations Team Leadership
  • Lead the team in driving automation, standardisation, and process excellence across ICT support functions.
  • Reduce manual effort and increase service reliability through data analysis and informed decision-making.
Offshore Operating Model Development
  • Oversee capability planning, performance management, and execution to deliver high-impact initiatives.
  • Act as business owner for operational tools, championing AI and automation to drive business success.
Strategic Collaboration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on high-impact projects to drive business outcomes.
  • Use data analysis and informed decision-making to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in leading sales support teams and developing strategic plans.
  • Strong operational management skills, including project coordination and execution.
  • Ambitious approach and passion for improving and innovating.
