We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee our warehouse and factory operations.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to develop their skills and take on greater management responsibilities.

The successful candidate will initially focus on receiving and dispatching goods, gradually assuming more significant roles after a 12-month training period. Once trained, they will be responsible for managing storage, distribution, logistics, product assembly, and general warehouse operations at our Sydney headquarters in Mascot.

As a key member of our management team, this individual will be responsible for ensuring all warehouse functions meet the company's requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations of the factory, warehouse, distribution, and service departments.

- Manage production, inventory control, storage, logistics, shipping, and customer service.

- Supervise five full-time staff members.

- Monitor stock levels, coordinate procurement domestically and internationally, and maintain accurate records.

- Liaise with transport companies, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth warehouse practices.

- Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery, overseeing maintenance and repairs.

- Ensure WHS compliance in the warehouse and implement waste management strategies.

Essential Qualifications

- Proven experience in warehouse receive/dispatch or Assistant Warehouse Manager roles.

Key Attributes

- Excellent planning and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar software.

- Ability to solve problems in fast-paced environments and lead by example.

- Strong leadership and delegation skills to manage warehouse staff effectively.

- Excellent written, verbal, and numerical communication skills.

- Experience with power tools is advantageous.

Preferred Requirements

- Current forklift license (LF).
