We are seeking a proactive, hands-on warehouse manager who combines strategic management with a willingness to be directly involved in day-to-day operations.

The Role

As a warehouse manager, you will oversee warehouse operations while actively engaging in the physical work required to manage event equipment and logistics.

This dual role requires a unique blend of organizational leadership and a practical, on-the-floor approach to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the warehouse team, ensuring that all operations are conducted efficiently and safely.
  • Actively participate in the receiving, handling, storing, and shipping of event equipment and materials.
  • Implement and oversee inventory management systems, ensuring accuracy and readiness for event deployments.
  • Engage directly in the loading and unloading of goods, equipment maintenance, and warehouse organization.
  • Coordinate with the event planning and logistics teams to align warehouse operations with event schedules.
  • Develop and enforce safety protocols and standard operating procedures within the warehouse.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in warehouse management with a hands-on approach to leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as part of routine warehouse activities.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and standard warehouse equipment.
  • Excellent team management and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A valid driver's license, with forklift operation certification preferred.
