Warehouse Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Monitoring and evaluating warehouse operations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Developing capabilities within the warehouse teams.
- Championing a culture of continuous improvement, promoting the adoption of processes and procedures.
- Reviewing current practices, conducting assessments, and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Assisting with staff recruitment and performance management as needed.
- Visiting assigned warehouse sites to ensure compliance with OH&S requirements.
- Identifying improvements and developing initiatives for warehouse sites to present to the business.
- Providing operational training and coaching to Proprietors, Warehouse Managers, and Administration Managers.
- Passion for influencing/negotiating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven experience in retail warehouse operations (5+ years).
- High level of written and verbal communication skills.
- Great time management, planning, and organisational skills.
- Experience managing multiple sites and coordinating with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to travel to multiple warehouse sites.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of warehouse operations and OH&S.
