Job Overview: The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating warehouse staff activities to ensure smooth operations. This role involves managing daily tasks, maintaining safety standards, and providing leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of warehouse associates, including assigning tasks, providing training, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, storing, and shipping goods.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient execution of warehouse processes, meeting company standards and customer expectations.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, performing regular stock checks and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Address and resolve issues or discrepancies related to inventory, shipments, or personnel.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate workflows and address operational challenges.
  • Prepare and submit reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics.
  • Foster a positive and productive team environment, promoting teamwork and motivation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics role, with at least [X] years in a supervisory or leadership position.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
