Broker Relationship Specialist

Nurture and expand relationships with commercial asset finance brokers to drive engagement and increase Plenti-pty-limited's share of wallet within the broker portfolio.

  • Strengthen existing broker relationships, driving increased utilisation and origination volumes
  • Develop targeted strategies to maximise Plenti-pty-limited's share of wallet within the broker portfolio
  • Work in conjunction with the Business Development Manager (BDM) to identify and onboard high potential commercial brokers
  • Collaborate with your BDM to manage deal pipelines, ensuring brokers receive best-in-class service and that transactions progress smoothly through to settlement
  • Engage with internal teams to support brokers, resolve issues, and enhance the overall broker experience
About You
  • 1+ years' experience in sales or finance account management, preferably in third-party intermediated channels or directly with finance brokers
  • Strong understanding of commercial asset finance, particularly within the broker channel
  • Demonstrated experience managing broker relationships and driving lending volume
  • Proven ability to increase broker utilisation, share of wallet, and generate new business
  • Ability to engage, influence, and support brokers to maximise business potential
  • Comfortable using data to inform decisions and optimise sales performance
