Project Administrator Opportunity

Alchemy Recruitment Consulting is currently working with a leading natural energy resource provider to find an experienced Project Administrator for their Central Northern Territory site.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of a top-tier mining company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, lodging, training sessions, and induction programs to ensure compliance of all candidates before mobilisation.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and correspondence.
  • Generate reports to oversee and maintain compliance.
  • Efficiently manage rosters.
  • Liaise with labour hire companies for seamless project execution.
  • Assist with payment portals and process purchase orders.
  • Ensure all administrative functions are performed to the highest standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project administration, ideally within mining or resources/construction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with INX Workflow, SAP, and Coupa (ideal but not required).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in administrative and financial software systems.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Current C-class driving licence.
What We Offer:

This long-term contract role includes FIFO arrangements from Darwin and involves reporting to the Project Superintendent. Expect to work 12-hour days with a highly competitive salary. You will enjoy working in a brand-new office and be part of a friendly team atmosphere. The position offers a 4-day workweek (Monday to Thursday), and the camp is conveniently located within walking distance of the mine, with a short 2-minute bus ride available if needed.
