Senior Product Manager Role

This is a senior product manager position in a fast-growing company. We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to lead the development of our flagship product.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Obsession: Develop a deep understanding of our market, customer personas, pain points, and macro trends. Spend hours speaking directly with customers to build product intuition.
  • Product Vision and Strategy: Own the roadmap and work closely with leadership to define vision and strategy. Be able to think strategically through customer needs, business opportunities, and technical challenges.
  • Collaboration: Partner with design and engineering teams to drive product discovery and exploration. Build customer empathy within the team.
  • Pragmatism: Make tough tradeoffs and rally the team through difficult challenges. Balance innovation, product performance, and core product improvements.
Requirements:
  • Strong product management experience owning a product roadmap and executing against it in a B2B organization.
  • Experience working closely with product teams and stakeholders.
  • Clear communication skills to distill big ideas into concise talking points.
  • Domain expertise in user research, product feedback, or analysis software is a plus.
