Job Opportunity

As a senior leader, you will partner with the Australian Leadership Team to shape and execute our brand elevating merchandise strategy.

Lead local insights on consumer trends, pricing, and competitors. Shape seasonal product briefs that balance market needs with brand vision.

Partner with APAC Buying & Planning to curate compelling assortments. Support retail expansion with merchandise plans for new stores and activations.

Built and communicate seasonal strategy cross-functionally with Retail, Marketing, Visual Merchandising and Store Design.

Deliver impactful product training and storytelling. Adapt global brand initiatives to drive local relevance and growth.

  • Proven leadership and management in merchandise planning within the fashion/apparel retail field
  • Exceptional Excel and data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex merchandising metrics and financial data to inform decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze market trends, and develop innovative product strategies
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and shifting priorities effectively
