Strategic Finance Lead Opportunity

This is an exceptional chance for a seasoned finance professional to take on a high-impact role in a rapidly growing organisation. As a Strategic Finance Lead, you will be responsible for driving critical finance workstreams supporting strategic business transactions and regulatory matters.

Key responsibilities include leading the preparation of due diligence materials and transaction documentation, acting as primary finance liaison with external advisors, managing internal workstreams to ensure data accuracy and timeliness, preparing Board-level presentations on financial performance and strategic priorities, providing commercial insight and strategic finance support across various initiatives, and ensuring appropriate governance and confidentiality protocols are maintained throughout sensitive projects.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong commercial acumen, excellent project and stakeholder management capabilities, and experience working in product-focused industries such as manufacturing, FMCG, or related sectors. Additionally, you should have a proven track record of M&A transactions, experience dealing with regulators, and operating in regulated sectors.

About You

  • CA / CPA qualified (or equivalent) with 10+ years of post-qualified experience
  • Commercially strong with excellent project and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Strong background in product-focused industries
  • Proven M&A transactions experience
  • Experience dealing with regulators and operating in regulated sectors
  • Demonstrated success in leading finance support for complex business transactions
  • Strong financial acumen, commercial judgment, and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders
