Product Vision

Join a dynamic team as Product Lead to drive the success of a leading platform in Australia and New Zealand. This role involves owning the product vision, roadmap, and execution for the company's product direction.


About The Role

The successful candidate will conduct market research and customer analysis to understand customer needs and requirements for payroll, HR, and adjacent products in the market. They will also deeply understand the legal, compliance, regulatory requirements, and operational payroll flows in each jurisdiction of the country.


Key Responsibilities
  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for the company's product direction in Australia and New Zealand
  • Conduct market research and customer analysis to understand customer needs and requirements for payroll, HR, and adjacent products in the market
  • Deeply understand the legal, compliance, regulatory requirements, and operational payroll flows in each jurisdiction of the country
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive execution and ensure the shipping of a successful product with velocity
  • Stay close to data to build a deep understanding of what's required to hit ambitious goals
