Product Manager Role

We're seeking a talented Product Manager to drive strategic initiatives and shape our product roadmap. This dynamic role involves leading cross-functional teams, solving complex business challenges, and delivering end-to-end outcomes across a large product portfolio.

About the Job

  • Developing strategic plans for OptusPay and payments products
  • Assisting in defining the roadmap for initiatives supporting a clear and consistent 'Why Optus' story
  • Designing strategies and execution plans for transformation programs across Optus relating to Mobile product and shared Customer Solutions platforms
  • Leading continuous improvement projects from idea to execution, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, achieving revenue and cost goals
  • Ensuring product plans align with relevant legal and regulatory requirements

  • Leverage data and insights to inform product decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end outcomes
  • Ensure alignment with business objectives and key performance indicators
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements

  • Strong experience in product management, marketing, business analysis, or related roles
  • Experience running complex product initiatives across mobile or digital platforms
  • A proven understanding of P&L ownership, technical delivery, and customer journey optimization
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and a proactive approach
  • A passion for innovation, performance, and doing things differently
  • Advanced problem-solving skills with consideration for marketing, commercial, and technical outcomes
