Lead Educational Practice

To drive excellence in early childhood education, we seek a seasoned Educational Leader to spearhead the development and implementation of high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and lead the educational program for children from birth to five years old
  • Collaborate with the centre leadership team to achieve strategic goals and objectives
  • Supervise and support a team of educators to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to provide exceptional care and education

Requirements:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent; Bachelor's degree
  • Current Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain
  • Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylaxis training) or willingness to obtain
  • Strong commitment to fostering growth and development of young minds
