Senior Technical Lead

About this role

This is a senior leadership position that will lead the technical direction of our team. As a seasoned professional with expertise in software engineering, you will be responsible for guiding the development of our Insurance Platforms Services Layer, ensuring they are high-performing, reliable, and meet the needs of our customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in technical leadership, with a proven track record of mentoring and guiding teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. You will be expected to stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, continually integrating new ideas and best practices to enhance our web applications.

  • Technical vision and strategy: Develop and communicate a clear technical vision and strategy for the team, aligned with business goals.
  • Team leadership: Lead and manage a team of skilled engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure their growth and success.
  • Architecture and design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and architect scalable solutions, using deep understanding of cloud-based infrastructure, Java, Spring Framework, and other relevant technologies.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product managers, business analysts, delivery managers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver features that align with business goals.
