About This Role:

As a Swim Instructor, you will have the opportunity to educate individuals of various age groups on water safety through engaging programs. This involves creating a safe environment for patrons and ensuring the aquatic facilities operate according to health regulations and public safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate students on water safety through fun and interactive lessons
  • Create a safe and supportive learning environment
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A current Level 2 First Aid certification (HLTAID003)
  • A current Employee Working with Children Check
  • Current AUSTSWIM or similar accreditation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure and maintain a professional approach
