Learn to Swim Instructor Position

We are expanding our team to deliver learn to swim lessons and educate children and their families about water safety in a safe, fun, and goal-driven environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our boutique Learn to Swim facility with small class sizes, teaching children from 3 months of age. Our vibrant team is committed to developing a safe family-friendly environment, extending your growth and knowledge within the industry to develop opportunities to further your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality learn to swim lessons
  • Educating children and families about water safety
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Being willing to learn and adopt our Teaching methods

Essential Requirements:

  • A valid First Aid Certificate
  • A current Provide/Perform CPR qualification
  • A recognized Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety / ASCTA Swim Australia Teacher certification
  • A National Police / Criminal History Check clearance
  • A Working with Children / Working with Vulnerable People Check clearance
