As a Wine Experience Lead, you will play a pivotal role in our winemaking team, delivering exceptional customer experiences and showcasing our premium products. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to develop your wine knowledge and hospitality skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding and informative service to customers, ensuring they receive a personalized experience that showcases our products.
  • Wine Tastings and Events: Lead wine tastings alongside our team and support VIP groups or events, fostering engagement and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Sales and Operations: Process sales through our retail system, perform end-of-day procedures, and maintain equipment and stock inventories.
  • Training and Development: Support the training and education of new staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Workplace Safety and Administration: Supervise and lead cleaning and work health safety practices for our Cellar Door, undertake administrative tasks as required, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements:
  • Experience and Skills: Prior experience in a similar role or significant hospitality experience, coupled with a strong wine passion and/or knowledge. You must be able to demonstrate high levels of professionalism, interpersonal skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Must hold a valid and current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate and a current driver's license.
  • Availability and Flexibility: Be available and flexible with working hours, days, and locations, including occasional evenings and weekends.
