About the Role

We are looking for an individual with a passion for fine wines and spirits who can engage with customers and provide exceptional service. As a Team Member, you will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills in the wine and spirits industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by being knowledgeable about our products and able to make recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the visual merchandising of our store displays and ensure they are well maintained.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in retail or a related field is desirable.
  • A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate is essential.
