Sommelier Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sommelier to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our wine program.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing multiple food and beverage outlets including catering services.
  • Curate and update bar menus for various outlets ordering and managing stock using FIFO.
  • Lead monthly beverage stock takes to minimize loss identify discrepancies and inform purchasing.

Requirements for the role include:

  • At least 2-3 years experience as a Sommelier with 1-2 years in a leadership role ideally in a high-end restaurant.
  • Hold a Certified Sommelier (CMS) Level 3 or higher WSET Diploma in Wines (Level 4) or an equivalent certification Master Sommelier is a significant plus.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of global wine regions varietals vintages winemaking and spirits.
  • Proven program management skills with a strong track record of developing and managing successful wine programs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with outstanding communication and presentation skills and the ability to confidently engage guests and staff lead and motivate a team and maintain impeccable personal presentation.
