Senior Airfreight Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Airfreight Operations Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This role is responsible for coordinating the movement of air freight shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout the shipping process.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of air freight shipments, including customs clearance and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure optimal service levels and cost savings.
  • Monitor and report on shipment performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive efficiency and quality.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in air freight operations or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
