About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mid-Weight Copywriter to join our team at Eucalyptus, a digital healthcare company that is revolutionizing the way patients access healthcare services. As a Mid-Weight Copywriter, you will play a critical role in shaping the tone of voice for one of our international brands, creating and executing campaign concepts and strategies that drive real impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and own the tone of voice for one of our international brands, writing with clarity, empathy, and personality to set the standard for copywriting excellence across the company.
  • Find hooks based on brand insights and work with the creative team to develop these into campaign concepts and strategy.
  • Support the acquisition team across briefs at all levels, generating ideas and assisting in the development of performance marketing work.
  • Be a driving force for bringing creative ideas to life across the business.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience within an agency, in-house team, or as a freelance writer.
  • Experience and expertise in the creative development process, through concepts, ideation, creation, and execution.
  • Ability to clearly articulate and present copy and ideas in response to briefs.
  • Comfortable working autonomously, taking initiative, and solving problems in a rapidly growing and fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with remote teams on international brands.
  • Fluency in English and either Japanese or German.
