Key Responsibilities- Advocate for and ensure the best quality of care is provided to clients in their daily living activities.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal care and medication management.
- Deliver high-quality services in a home environment, implementing interventions as per client care plans.
- Document client information in cloud-based software.
- Provide support with meal preparation, feeding, and domestic assistance.
- A passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
- Qualifications and experience in nursing or a related field.
- Current Working with Children's Check, Police Check, and NDIS Worker screening check.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate, evidence of flu vaccination, and Covid vaccinations.
- Experience working in facility and/or community environments.
- Australian citizenship or full working rights in Australia.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Continuing support and training within our team environment.
- Competitive hourly rate.
