Key Responsibilities
  • Visual Branding: Lead the implementation of YHA's brand design across all marketing materials, ensuring consistency and creativity in every project.
  • Marketing Design: Design and produce compelling digital and print assets, including social media campaigns, signage, and promotional materials.
  • Resource Development: Develop and maintain design resources, providing training to ensure best practices across the organisation.
  • Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative design ideas to life, staying ahead of trends and ensuring YHA's brand remains fresh and engaging.
What We're Looking For
  • A mid-weight to senior designer competent in supporting multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in both digital and graphic design, with a strong portfolio highlighting your skills across digital (including social media and video) and print mediums.
  • Proficiency in design software such as In Design, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools.
  • A keen eye for detail, with the ability to balance creativity with brand consistency.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with different teams.
  • Passion for travel and an understanding of YHA's commitment to sustainability and social impact.
  • A sound understanding of UI/UX principles and related design experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience in hospitality services marketing, preferably in the travel or tourism sector, would be ideal but not necessary.
