Customer Service Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Customer Service Support Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our operations, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
You will be responsible for reviewing and responding to claims from suppliers, liaising with contractors to organize jobs, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely reports are submitted. Additionally, you will assist with invoice payments, order and pick parts for technicians, dispatch manifests for drivers, and handle outbound calls to keep customers informed.
In this fast-paced environment, you must be able to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information. If you are a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, we encourage you to apply.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 2+ years of administrative experience in a similar role
- Retail industry experience is highly regarded
- Computer literacy
- Ability to work with multiple departments (dispatch/service)
- Full working rights
- Comfortable working across warehouse/office environments
- Able to work Monday-Friday
- Excellent communication skills
