Customer Service and Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service and Support Specialist to join our team in Caloundra. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and providing exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality over-the-counter customer service, interacting with customers face-to-face, via phone, and via email.
- Support the warehouse with general administrative tasks, including stock take functions.
- Receive and process quotes, prioritizing and entering sales orders, and processing any changes.
- Ensure all administration tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Receive and resolve incoming complaints, developing and maintaining knowledge of key roles in the branch.
- Assist with stock take processes, coordinate administration and reporting of consumables, and complete general branch and warehouse administration tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service/administration.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications – Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- High attention to detail, with a keen eye for accuracy and precision.
- Tidy appearance, with a professional demeanor at all times.
