About the Role:As a customer support specialist, you will be the key liaison between our customers, distributors, and internal teams. You will process and track orders, respond to customer inquiries, support the sales team with day-to-day needs, and build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners to ensure our customers receive the best possible service.
