- Previous experience in Sales or Customer Support is essential.
- Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers. This includes preparing detailed cost estimates, invoices, and sales orders, as well as reviewing information on estimates and invoices with senior managers.
To succeed in this role, you must have strong commercial understanding and basic accounting techniques. Experience in the aerospace industry and aircraft engine exposure is also desirable.
You will work closely with senior managers and other team members to achieve goals and objectives. You will be required to capture and report on department data and KPIs, ensuring that all targets are met.
