Job Overview

We are seeking seasoned project leaders to spearhead the implementation of Human Capital Management (HCM) systems.

You will collaborate closely with HCM consultants and client stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and adoption of cloud-based HCM platforms.

  • Lead and manage end-to-end HCM implementation projects from initiation through to post-go-live
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, scopes, risks, and resource allocations
  • Facilitate communication and engagement across internal teams, client stakeholders, and third parties
  • Apply best practice project management methodologies to drive successful outcomes
  • Establish and enforce project governance and status reporting mechanisms across all levels of stakeholders
  • Monitor project milestones and proactively address issues and bottlenecks
  • Promote collaboration between technical and functional teams to deliver integrated results
  • Cultivate a culture of change and adoption to ensure a smooth business transition
  • Support Dayforce consultants with scheduling, dependencies, and milestone planning

The ideal candidate is a self-driven professional with a strong background in managing enterprise software implementations, preferably HCM or payroll-related projects.

Candidates should have demonstrated experience delivering HCM/Payroll solutions or similar solutions, as well as a proven ability to manage multi-phase, cross-functional projects.

They should also possess excellent organizational and time management capabilities, familiarity with SaaS implementation lifecycles and methodologies, and experience working with external vendors and client-side project teams.

A project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM or equivalent) is desirable.
