Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced analyst to join our team as a Senior Project Analyst. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving the implementation of a new cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure successful solution delivery;
  • Develop and execute test cases for user acceptance testing;
  • Maintain robust documentation and present critical insights and risks to stakeholders;
  • Lead knowledge transfer sessions and support process documentation to ensure a smooth transition to the future state systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Deep expertise in contemporary HCM systems such as SuccessFactors;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail;
  • Adept at transforming data from various sources into actionable insights;
  • Thorough understanding of People & Culture processes, systems, and regulations;
  • Knowledgeable about system integrations, including APIs and middleware;
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaborative relationship building skills.
