The Role:

Human Capital Technology Strategist plays a critical role in aligning technology with business strategy across diverse operations.

  • This role is responsible for leading functional excellence of SAP SuccessFactors support team and integrated HR and Payroll solutions, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and responsive to evolving workforce needs.

Reporting to the Corporate Solutions Systems Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for delivering functional leadership across SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll solutions, ensuring consistent alignment between system capabilities and business needs.

About You

The successful applicant will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 5–10 years hands-on experience with SAP HCM/Payroll solutions.
  • Demonstrated functional experience in Australian SAP Payroll, Certification in SAP Success Factors and SAP ECC Payroll (AU or NZ) modules (essential).
  • Extensive experience in system implementations and IT Production Support, Solid experience in End-to-End product lifecycle maintenance (patching, upgrades, DR etc., Reporting experience using BI/BO, Fiori, or HANA (advantageous).
