Strategic Human Resource Manager
">Role OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Strategic Human Resource Manager to lead our HR initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, driving organizational development, and executing talent acquisition strategies.
">Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and implement organizational development initiatives to drive business growth.
- Manage payroll processes and systems to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee the recruitment lifecycle and ensure compliance throughout the process.
- Maintain adherence to regulations regarding wage structures, working hours, leave entitlements, allowances, and termination procedures.
- Qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
- 8-15 years' solid HR experience in the Hospitality industry in VIC.
- Strong understanding of Fair Work Act and relevant Australian workplace legislation.
- Experience in recruitment & selection processes, payroll systems, and reviewing.
