
Regional Administration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled professional to fill a key role in our organization. As a Region Support Officer, you will play a pivotal part in assisting the Regional team to drive membership growth and develop the profile of Scouts within the region/s.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Region Team/s, including managing online membership systems, answering queries, and referring requests to other personnel as required.
You will also be responsible for supporting Regions and volunteers with planning, delivery, measurement of leader and member growth and retention initiatives. Additionally, you will provide first line communication to Members and the general public, answer general questions, and refer questions on policy or contentious matters to appropriate personnel.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact and has a strong background in administration, business development, and stakeholder relationship management.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Tertiary qualifications in business development/office administration or industry relevant equivalent.
- 3+ years' experience in office administration with demonstrated business development.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder relationship management.
- Computer literacy and ability to navigate and use the Microsoft Office suite including word, excel and power point.
