Customer Success Consultant

This role offers an opportunity to take ownership of customer relationships, driving value realization and ensuring lasting partnerships.

Working with a portfolio of large clients, you will act as a trusted advisor, simplifying complexity and navigating complex cloud, security, and networking landscapes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • High-level engagement with enterprise customers
  • True ownership of the post-sales relationship
  • Building strong technical acumen with an ability to simplify complexity
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • A consultative approach to drive customer outcomes

Required skills and qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years in Technical Account Management, Customer Success or similar client-facing roles
  • Enterprise software background (ideally in networking, security, cloud, or infrastructure)
  • Strong technical skills with an ability to simplify complexity
  • Exposure working with networking, firewalls, network security etc.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills
