Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and service-oriented professional to join our front desk team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences from the moment they arrive to their departure.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check-in guests, responding to their requests and settling accounts with a smile.
  • Take initiative to add a personalized touch to each guest's stay, making it truly unforgettable.
  • Proudly promote hotel facilities, identifying opportunities to enhance a guest's experience through up-selling.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A service-focused personality that is essential in providing exceptional guest service.
  • Ability to work shifts (mostly afternoon/evening) and availability on weekends.
